1. TALEMARK PORTUGAL/BRASIL
1.1. Headquartered in Portugal, Talemark Portugal/Brazil is a sole partnership company of Portuguese nationality.
1.2. Talemark is a permission email marketing provider, a new concept that allows people that use the internet to control the information, publicity and promotional emails they receive without putting at risk their identity.
2. PERMISSION EMAIL MARKETING
2.1. Talemark, through agreements made with users from affiliated network and companies, offers you the permission email marketing service (named Talemark service).
2.2. Talemark service sends to the user, information, publicity and news about services and products once he accepts the conditions of our affiliated. If, for any reason you want to cancel our subscription, you can do it through a promotion email sent by Talemark or through a direct contact with the company.
2.3. The user, who intends to benefit from the Talemark service, must give his free and voluntary consent, accepting all terms and conditions of use of our affiliated.
2.4. The subscription or registration in the affiliated network or companies does not mean an automatic subscription in the Talemark service, for more information please visit the Terms and conditions of the websites in question.
2.5. Messages proceeding from Talemark service are always sent by Talemark.
2.6. User data is only for internal use, statistics and in the case of Talemark service to personalize messages and information’s to send according to the interests of users stated on the affiliated websites.
3. USERS INFORMATIONS
3.1. Talemark assures that the data given by the user to third-party companies for provision of services of permission e-mail marketing, still guarantee our confidentiality.
3.2. Name, address, email address, phone number or others data aren’t given to third-party companies, in order to maintain our confidentiality.
4. Improper behaviour
4.1. Talemark mainly commitment is that their users respect the practices and rules of internet etiquette and valid legislation.
4.2. In order to respect their commitment Talemark will cancel the registration of user who:
Add or advertise illegal, immoral, obscene or injurious material.
Advertise some kind of discrimination.
Forward bulk (massive mail), junk (garbage mail) or spam email (unsolicited mail) or newsgroup communications when not request.
Don’t respect the intellectual or industrial property right of third-party companies.
4.3. Any advertise company or members of affiliated network or companies that show any kind of improper behaviour mentioned on point 4.2, will see their agreements cancelled.
5. USE OF SERVICES BY UNDERAGE
The use of Talemark service by underage is only allowed after parents or tutors approval. When we verify the use by underage’s, we immediately ask the parents or tutors a written authorization, or else the service is cancelled.
6. PRIVACY NORMATIVE
6.1. Talemark follows the organic law 15/1.999 regarding the protection of personal data and its normative development.
6.2. In the terms and conditions for use of the service, we ask the permission to include your data in a automate data file as well as its transmission for companies of the Talemark group and for companies that make their distribution network.
6.3. The user may practise his rights of access, rectification, cancel and opposition in relation to his personal data management. You may do this through any method that you think is proper or sending an email to mail [at] takemark.com.
